There will be Three ways of receiving job seeker responses: 1) By Apply Button 2) By Walk-in Interview, 3) By EmailID.

All Charges will be collected first and then only Job Content will be Published
The Job Content should be Per Location Per Post Basis

The Enterprise will not get any reference of Jobseeker on "Advertisement" with us, It will be depend upon sole wish of Jobseeker to apply for job or not.
The Entity Have to Register with the Job website first and have to login to use Jobwebsite First
Efforts will be made to put your data safe from our side. As Entity Employee and Owner will create the Password. it will also be their duty not to use the password or reveal it publicly to anybody
All Entity Registered with us are subject to law in India prevailing any time to adhered to
We Reserve the Right to Publish Job details or May Reject the publish on our sole discretion. We will make efforts to provide a logical reason for rejecting job content, but it is not our obligation.
There is a No Refund policy. Once the Job Content is published, the Entity must accept the responses received, and no communication will be entertained regarding refunds. Exceptions may apply only in cases of technical errors on our platform that prevent the advertisement from being displayed as intended. Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision will be at the sole discretion of SPINFONET.
The Entity should not misuse the response received after advertisement. Any Consequences will be sole responsibility of the Entity
All Prices mentioned are subject to change as per suitability and Profit Margin of the Our Business. Any Tax Imposed By Government, Local Body or any Authority as Per Indian Law will be collected Accordingly
After publishing the Job Content, a printed copy of the invoice with a signature will be sent to the Entity

Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Any Dispute will be subject to the Jurisdiction of Court in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.
